When booking a Move Out or Move In clean, you can expect an all-inclusive service. These extras include inside the oven, inside the fridge, inside cabinets, and inside all windows. This clean is intended to turn the home someone once lived in, into its original state, and ready for new homeowners. This comprehensive service not only guarantees an exceptionally clean property but also provides peace of mind by helping secure your deposit with the landlord .
A deep clean is recommended for all first-time cleaning by Presh Cleaning Services UK. It allows us extra time to get all the areas that have been missed during regular cleanings in the past. After the initial deep clean, most customers switch to a standard 2 hour clean.
WEEKLY, BI WEEKLY OR MONTHLY
To accommodate the extra cleaning required, an additional booking may be necessary. This is often due to the initial cleaning taking longer than expected due to the level of cleanliness required.
Go to booking page, click on additional hours then select how many hours the cleaner recommended to complete the service.
"If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund to the payment method on record. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation time, a non-refundable full charge will apply."
We do not charge for rescheduling as long as it is done before 48 hours of your original booking.
We do not. Our insurance only covers our cleaners inside your home.
Yes, upon request. Please understand that cleaners have personal lives and can get sick or request leave. If that occurs we’ll ask to either reschedule or send a different cleaner.
Yes! It is actually preferred after the initial visit. This way we’re not holding you up if there’s traffic or if parking is a little harder than usual to find.
Yes, it is. However, there is no recommended percentage; you can give whatever amount you feel comfortable with. Your cleaner appreciates any tip you choose to provide.
ALL TIPS GO DIRECTLY TO THE CLEANERS.
If you are not happy with the service for any reason, please call us immediately for further instructions. A Re-scheduled clean must be made within 2 business days of the original appointment.
We are currently insured for general liability damage up to £2 million.
In certain situations, we may need to use stronger or 'harsher' chemicals to effectively tackle tough cleaning challenges. For example, when dealing with calcium buildup on a glass shower door, we may use CLR for a thorough cleaning.
